Spoons Spring Fest 2025 - 25/30 ? light tropical and citrusy fruity with some notes of pink grapefruit and lemon, lychee, pine needles, malty backing, soft cask mouthfeel and body, floral and piney bitter hoppy finish. Very Nice, and lovely condition.

[Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading.] A bright amber pour with a tight white head; subdued tropical fruit aroma; crisp fruity taste with a dry bready body; and a thin dry finish. Disappointing.

Beer Number 25; at the Wetherspoon Spring Beer Festival 2025, leaving 3 of 30 still untried plus both the two variations of the already tried in name, which have also been sampled in this fest. Enjoyed this one, lovely pale ale texture and taste including a light tropical fruitiness.

Cask at the Standing Order. Pours clear golden with a thin off-white head.
Aromas of apple, caramel and tinned mandarin orange. Taste is more like tinned peach. Light body, dry finish.

On cask at the Standing Order.
Appearance - golden and clear with a white-ish head.
Nose - apple, orange, peach and bready.
Taste - a veritable fruit salad as per the nose.
Palate - light bodied, fresh and zesty, dry finish.
Overall - quite like this.

Cask handpull at Wetherspoons Victoria. Clear deep gold colour lasting cream colour head. Oh goody another pale ale. With some tropical fruit and some citrus fruit. Light bitterness on the finish. Light sherbet hop character. Some lime flavours. Again it's fine. Nothing amazing but competent I've been a bit harsh. It's better as it goes down.
