A mix of pale, lager, wheat malt produces a golden beer reminiscent of sandy beaches and sunshine. English, American and Slovenian hops are used to give zesty lemon and grapefruit notes.

Mixed 12 set from Rakuten. Bottle. While it is listed as a bitter but it is made with pale & wheat malts. A fruity mildly spiced aroma, thick eggshell white fluffy head on a slightly cloudy mellow gold body. Nice full mouthfeel but the flavor has a bit of a bitter astringency to it. Fruity at frist, then an odd bitter flavor that leaves behind a somewhat chalky aftertaste. It is an odd tasting beer...

Cask at The Schooner Bar, Bowmore. It pours clear golden yellow with pretty much no head (not a good start). The nose is grain, dough, earth and porridge. The taste is grainy, odd sweetness, very dusty, caramel, hay, soap and chemical toilets with a dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Difficult to stomach. Pretty nasty really all-round, I was unable to get past a few sips.

Aroma of muscat, honey, rich malt, lemon. Very sour flavor, almost lambic. Lots of citrus, dry, tasty. Interesting, but not sure if it is supposed to be THIS sour.

Bottle conditioned, 50cl, from Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon. Slightly hazy gold with a thick white head; fruity aromatic aroma with a touch of spice; apricot and lemon flavours with a touch of sourness, and a green herbal hop finish, more dry than bitter. Very nice.

Bottle picked up from Westholme, Londis, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, had this 11-05-08 Hazy golden pour with a nice white head that didn’t stick around for long. Some small yeast clods settling on the bottom of my glass, some mild carbonation, nice fizzy soft lemon with yeast and a good hoppy sting not so bad at all.

Bottle: Hazy golden-orangey coloured, small foamy layer, quite sharp sweet-sourish nose, covering some sweet-malt; moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a distinctive acidity; sourish-fruity finish, underpinned by some bittering hops. Presumable infected, but nevertheless refreshing and quite well drinkable - in summer........

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy yellow beer with a disappearing head. The aroma is sweet spicy combined with notes of elderberry flowers and hops. The flavor is sweet malty combined with a spiciness and with a hoppy bitter end.
