14/1/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers. Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma is woody, semi-sweet apple, light mucky funky edge. Moderate sweetness and light citric tart. Moderate body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Light dryness to finish. Pretty decent.

500ml bottle from Purple Moose shop, Betws Y Coed. Pours clear gold. Aroma is oaky, dry cider. Taste is moderately carbonated, extremely dry with a woody tannic, edge, good farmhouse cider air with distant vinegar hints, finishing dry. Like it, has a nice scumpy feel about it.

BiAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Slightly hazy golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of fruity apple, mucky funk. Taste is fruity apple, mellow, with soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable

Bottle from Stori. Appearance - gold amber with gentle bubbles and no head. Nose - fresh apple and apple skins. Taste - dry under ripe apples and woody edge. Palate - light to medium bodied. Tangy texture and tangy through the finish. Overall - good.

Cask@GBBF2008. Yellowish golden colour with no head. Aroma is green apples, mild earth and some slight acidic notes. Flavour is apples, earth, mild acidic notes too. Quite thin body even though it’s 7.4 % in abv.

Thanet Cider and Perry Fest 08. Mine was 6.3% Some decent varnish in this. Good apple juice, some dryness on end. Yep varnish on aroma. A bit of white wine grape like to be honest. Like an Alsace white wine. Good, different.
