Hand-pulled pint in The Nags Head, Walthamstow Village on 4th Feb 2014. Black body with a red hue in a bright light, on top a creamy, beige head. Roasted/toasted malt nose, with a semi-sweet hint. The sweetness within the aroma comes alive a little more in the taste giving the beer a mild caramel feel to it’s maltiness. Slight bitterness towards the finish leaving you wanting more. Good depth of flavours, good depth of body and overall a good Mild.
