A simple, honest cider that continues to be a mainstay in the Zeffer range and a team favourite on a hot summers day. Crafted from a carefully selected blend of green apple varieties each known for their crisp, fresh flavours.

Bottle thanks to Martin! Pours clear pale yellow. Notes of pear, fresh apple, light floral notes. Crips and simple. Dry.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color with fizzy white head that dissolves quickly. Aroma is musty, barrel-ish, vanilla, rather sweet. Taste is green apples, vanilla. Fizzy carbonation. Could be better, but it's alright.

Bottle from Ales and Lagers, Kuala Lumpur. Ploured a clear light yellow colour with no head and lots of bubbles. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a fresh, crisp, sweet refreshing apple palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. Sweet but not too sweet and quite ok as ciders go.

Bottle at Hair of the dog, Bangkok. Clear light golden with a very short lived white head. Aroma of tart green apples with a very light funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle. Clear pale yellow/straw colour, minimal white head. Aroma of nice ripe green apples. Taste is the same, sweet but with a slight bitterness, finish is dry. Light-medium body, soft carbonation. Crisp and refreshing.

330ml bottle from Clink, Birmingham. Pours clear gold, sparkling. Aroma is sweet apple juice. Taste is lightly slick with a commercially sweet character. A bit sticky.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe, as Zeffer Crisp Apple Cider. Clear golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple with some oak & vanilla. Flavour is tart apple, green apple, fruity and bittersweet. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry fruity finish. Quite OK.

Draught. Yellow colour. Moderate nice apple aroma. Powerfull apple flavor but not many barnyard notes. Average finish. Oily palate.
