A gloriously rich golden colour with a wonderful mown grass aroma. This premium bitter is full of complex flavours including a tiny amount of caramel.

Cask at Archie's. It pours clear golden - amber with a thick, fluffy carbonation. The aroma is honeyed grain, cereal, grassy, hay, rich tea biscuits, digestive biscuits and some nuttiness. The taste is dry, light grassy bitterness, bitter - sweet, smooth creaminess, sweet biscuity malt base, waxy, grainy, honeyed grain and a touch of sharpness. Average carbonation and lively, fluffy carbonation. A touch sharp on the taste, but love the condition. Decent.

500ml bottle; BB 17th Aug 2020. Poured into an Abbot Ale glass tankard at home on 24th Nov 2018. Clean and clear golden body, full white crown and lacing as the beer level fell in the glass. Floral, grassy nose, semi-sweet taste but with more hop bitterness than malty sweetness flavours. Liked it.
