The Púca was a mystical force, manifesting itself in multiple forms. It was believed that beer was created magically, a sort of soup possessed by the spirits; but wild yeast was of course the magic at play. For this cloudy, crisp, tart and fruity beer style, we have fostered our own wild yeast. It brings the complexity, the surprise, and it certainly bring the magic.
Description:
A beautiful pink mixed fermentation beer, brewed with our house cultivated wild yeasts.
Using our Púca Lemon as the base beer, we then added loads of ginger to the oil followed by additions of hibiscus, rose hips, strawberries, raspberries and elderberries.
Tasting Notes:
A tart and refreshing wheat beer brewed with oats, lemon peel, ginger and coriander.The flavour and aroma are dominated by fresh citrus and hibiscus notes. Beautifully balanced acidity, with an ultra refreshing finish.

Can: Poured a bright red, with no head really. Aroma is full on berry and light ginger. Taste is a beautiful berry, hibiscus, ginger that melds with hops, it's tart but super lively. Berry lingers on the tongue.

Semmi hab, rózsaszín. Savanykás, citromos, gyömbéres illat. Savanyú, citromos, grapefruitos ízvilág, némi gyömbéres beütéssel. Fanyar, könnyű, erősen szénsavas, alig keserű. Nyáron kellemes frissítő, de egy kicsit túlságosan is savanyú.

Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Yoav. Hazy pink-orange. Yogurt, a bit of pickled vegetables, berries, a bit of ginger, sour, juicy, a bit acidic. Very good.

330ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Fruity, fruit acidic aroma, notes of red berries, raspberry, lingonberry, red currant etc. Taste is sour, fruity, citrusy, tangy, minimally spicy, notes of lemon, lime, fruit acid, red berries, red currant, a spicy touch of ginger in the finish; watery texture, lively carbonation.

Small bubbly shortlasting head, nice hazy light reddish color. Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish floral, red berries, flowers, soda powder, hay, minerals, grass, watermelon, paper. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, soda powder, fruit salt, sorrel, lemon, flowers, fruit stones, sour red berries, grass, berry skin, citrus acid, minerals, hints of grain. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice one.

hazy reddisk-pink colour, moderate sized, promptly and fully disappearing pilkish head; aroma of intensive raspberry; taste is surprisingly sourish-lemony with only moderate raspberry notes - fortunately it is not just a sweet raspberry syrup, but rather a sour ale with rapberry in the background; resreshing and enjoyable

Can from Appellation Wines, Comely Bank. Pours hazy pink-red with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas of light sour, lemon and red fruit. Taste is sharp red fruit, lemon. Can't find the ginger, but a nice beer.

330ml can. Pours unclear reddish pink. Aroma is floral with ginger spice. Taste has a good hibiscus presence with a tingling sour backbone. Soft sweetfloral elements and a nice well integrated ginger edge that seems to work in tandem with the beers sour character. Good crisp sour with a sticky lactic linger.
