19/VIII/17 - 33cl bottle @ Gents Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2017-1270) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing today's beers and celebrating my 10K!

Clear pale yellowish beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, funky, sourish, bit floral, cucumber? MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of lemon juice, cucumbers, citrus, slightly sweetish, fruity touch. Aftertaste: lemony, sour, bit funky, hoppy touch, more citrus. Not sure if the wild yeast does real honour to the Sorachi Ace, but it's a very nice combo to say the least!

Bottle. Weird yellow pour. Aroma of mild tart, citrussy creamy vanilla, wheat and funk. Taste has soft tart, creamy yuzu sorachi ace vanilla, herbs, funk and wheat. Nice taste, but the body is a bit thin.
