Bottle, 750 ml, from the brewery. Shared with JFK10000 and Max. Cloudy golden, large white head. Cellar, barnyard, citrus, funk, so complex yet smooth and balanced. Medium bodied. Beautiful.

750mL bottle from Popway, shared 7/7/17.
Fully-hazed orange-amber-goldend body is topped by a frothy, white, pretty well-retained head.
Poopy-funky (sulfur-rich) nose has strong lemon yogurt-like lactic notes and no strong oak character. There’s a soft, not quite dullness from the high salinity that helps calm the very perky lactic notes while the funk works its way deeply in. While everything is enjoyable, as is usually the case with mixed-ferm saisons, the classic saison character is greatly overshadowed. No alcohol or flaw.
Strong salinity with moderate lemon-like notes to help cut it. Soft, wheat-heavy texture displays tons of biscuit and light cereal while fairly tight, natural carbonation keeps things lively and concentrates the acidity which climaxes on a strongly lactic, moderately Brett-filled, very salty finish. I’ve definitely had goses that are less salty than this, but the funk, bright acidity and crackery-biscuity wheat do indeed balance it, for the most part.

750 ml bottle, thanks ClarkVV! Love another SARA tick. Slightly hazy orange color. Aroma is mild oak, lemon peel, subtle mineral water. Light salt. The flavor is pretty damn nice. Oak is mild and lasts throughout the sip. Lactic acid is low with a tartness. Their water seems to be salty but here it really works in this saison. Wow. Nice, thanks for sharing Clark.
