Bottle shared at Hollands Spoor Tasting Club, Breda Edition. Very hazy golden with a ring white head. Aroma of oak, light funk, mineral and lemon. Flavour is light sweet, light to moderate bitter and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle, opened with friends. Pours hazy golden, small off-white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is oaky, vinous, funky, grassy, lemon notes, some nice stonefruit aromas. Flavor is light tart, medium funk, definitely SARA bugs, stonefruit accents, dry. Light body, soft mouthfeel. This is one of the better straight BA saisons to come out of SARA in a while, and that is saying something. Gonna grab some more before they are gone!

On draft at Caps & Taps. It pours a mostly clear light golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma has light oak, tangerine, apricots and hints of acid and soft vanilla funk that I love from SARA mixed culture beers. The flavor has tart apricots, a little oak and nice soft funk. Mouth feel is silky. Great stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is fruity with some light citrus notes and hints of tropical fruit and stone fruit. Light grain notes and some faint oak. Faint herbal phenolic notes with clove, coriander and pepper. Some green grape notes, light apricot and some lemon. Pours a hazy, somewhat bright, gold with a small, moderately thick white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a medium light to medium acidity with some light grain sweetness. Some lemon notes with hints of tropical fruit and pineapple. Light stone fruit and green grapes notes. Faint oak and low bitterness. Light herbal and spice notes with coriander and pepper. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. Great fruit and citrus notes with a balanced acidity and sweetness. The faint background herbal and spice notes add some nice complexity.
