This is really well balanced. Pale straw pour, phenolic. All the adjuncts are really clear. Bright spice from the ginger and lemon verbena, earthy carrots and grapefruit pith.

Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has light grains and flora with a bit of grass and light fruits backing. Flavor has light fruits and flora with a touch of clove plus some sweet grains.

This is very light overall, in flavor, aroma. Some yeast, grass, and very light malt.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal, slightly funky, minimally veggy aroma, notes of rosemary with a bath salt touch, some beetroot, some orange. Taste is tart, funky, fruity with a sherbet touch, hints of beetroot, orange zest, blood orange, mild brett, a minimally soapy touch of rosemary. Interesting composition, sadly with soapy and bath salt-like interferences. Ah, and impertinent pricey.

Pours a clear straw gold, fast shrinking head of foam, lots of bubble action.

Smells funky, of lemon and grapefruit, coriander.

Tastes of light tart lemon, grapefruit bitterness, coriander and light cloves. A very dry Saison.

Light bodied with very lively carbonation.

Nice beer.
