(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 22 Feb 2017) Reddish brown colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity, sourish nose with caramel, red berries (cranberries, cherries) and a slight acidity. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapefruit, bread, caramel and a touch of toast. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fairly one-dimensional and uncomplicated, but fresh and tasty. Quite enjoyable.

Tap at BeerTemple, 16th February 17. Pours brown, red. Aroma is tart fruit, cherry. Taste is sour, slightly puckering, fruit skin and stone. Quite OK

Draft at Beer Temple. Near clear brown with a small tan head. Aroma of tart ripe fruits, lactic notes, dough and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Rocket Neue Bruin ].Unclear matt medium amber color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dough, tart, baking yeast, lactic. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart - acetic, dough, baking yeast, bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160520]

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity. Mild citric note. Medium dry, slight citric. Smooth fruity. Mild sourish and fruity finish.

Draught at KØ16. Mildly citric aroma. Cloudy brown colour. No head. The flavour is acidic, lactic acid, I guess. Very refreshing with only a faint sweetness and a faint funkiness.
