Third, cask at Head Of Steam, shared with Finn. Low white head, clear golden-amber body, dotted spots on the glass. Herbal fruity hops on the nose. Apricot and ripe citrus flavours. Hints of resinous bitterness to the finish. Satisfying. (Durham 29.01.2020).

1st Sep 2019, third of a pint on a flight of three at 'The Taphouse' in Hull. Amber/deep golden body, white crown. Decent malty base in both the nose and flavour, some bittering hop action too.

Can. Asda. Memory rate from a couple of nights ago. Clear gold. Decent white foam. Aroma of nutty grain. Some vine fruit. Some berry. Taste has light, nutty sweetness. Light vinous tang. Light body. Low carbonation. Light bitterness to finish. Ok. Not that much better than an Asda own label bitter, really, and about four times the price.

Can from Asda. Deep gold in colour, with a thin, white, head and little carbonation. Malty bitter with some hedgerow hops, touch of sweetish fruit and lingering, bitter, finish. Fine.
