Golden, turning into orange, cloudy, with yellowish foam. A slightly malty aroma, with hints of citrus and exotic fruit. Full body, creamy with a noticeable wheat graininess, delicate saturation. Quite juicy, citrus and tropical fruits blend. The alcohol is well-hidden, but you can tell you're drinking a strong beer. The bitterness is subtle, with a hint of resin.

Mellow and sweet aroma, more peach than citrus, with pie crust undertones. Taste is moderate bitter with quite a bit of sweetness underneath for an IPA. Finishes with them washing each other out. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Decent. Needs a crisper finish.

Can at home - I think from Tesco. Anyway, probably a bit early for a beer like this, but oh well. Long day, dry day yesterday so it was allowed. Anyway, everything you would expect from an English DIPA. Real length to some well balanced hops.

Can. A mild haze on this orange gold beer, small but tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, some creamy sweetness and a mild but pleasing smooth grain. Hops bring cooling pine and a boxy bitterness that I associate with Chinook. Light bright citrus, juicy comes through on the back end. Sounds like a pretty decent dipa? It's alright, certainly quite drinkable. The malts are fine, the hops are fine. For me, the issue is the balance between the two. Malts are to forward, hops a little recessed. But, drinkable.

Can from Tescos. Nose is big mango, peach, lilt. Taste is is mango, pith grapefruit, touch of malt, lime pith, hint of lemon in a slightly peppery finish. Thinner than the strength would imply.

It's totally fine.

Can at Dad's that he picked up from a supermarket had this at Dad's in the company of Dad, Pauline, Scott and Mandy, Kilburn, Derbyshire Friday 6th June 2025 after train from nr home via a night in Nürnberg and Brussels and yesterday a few hours in London. Dark orange heading towards amber pour, murky appearance, off white head. A little malty on the nose, a touch of citrus, bitterness is there, getting a streaky resinous touch. It's ok
