Keg at the brewery tap. Amber and clear with some smooth whitish head. Berry and apple aroma with caramel malt and a touch of metal. Bitter taste with a slight plastic note. Long medicinal finish. Pretty good but I expected more from an IPA.

Can. Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Carmelly malts. Floral bitterness and hop spice. Spicy dried fruits and mild orange peel. Fairly floral bitter finish. Lacks any bright hop fruits but it’s quite drinkable.

330ml can from a shop in Edinburgh. Pours a misty amber, white head. Expected some mango & passionfruit in the aroma but got nothing at all. Perhaps some woody grains. Taste is similarly lacking in a fruity character with tired dead malts taking its place. I sense something is wrong with this batch.

Bottle shared at Leighton’s. Many thanks to Paulo for this one. AROMA is floral orange, rind, some hot alcohol, berry light perfume. Mid orange coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Flavour is nutty grains, orange rind, dirty grains, light floral. Firm hop bitterness. Palate is grainy, moderate carbonation, ok.

Bottle split in the Bespin cloud network, thanks to Paulo, 20/10/15. Lightly hazed orange amber topped with a decent off white swirl. Nose is tangerine, apricot, light grapefruit notes, straw. Taste comprises sweet malt, tangerine, mandarin, apricot jam, grassy. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close laced with earthy hop bitterness. Ok if a touch unrefined.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Paul. Pours deep gold with a frothy white head. The nose has a little varnish, pine, ripe orange, melon. Light sweet flavor with abrasive bitterness, wood, grass. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Harsh bitter finish, more wood and grass, varnish, earth, oily pine. Quite harsh.

Bottle [from trade with GlasgowTAD I think] @ home. Hazy dark orange to reddish color, small off-white to beige head. Aroma is lightly malts, lots of hops, very fruity. Taste malts, hops, again fruit hops, a lot of grapefruit which I love, nicely bitter. Average body, low carbonation. Nice, though I definitely miss body and carbonation.

500ml bottle. Pours a surprisingly dark, cloudy Redisham brown. Aroma is slightly malty, but full of tropical fruit. That fruitiness carries into the flavour, which is very bitter indeed. Dry, spicy finish. I liked this, but not what I’d expect from an IPA
