Some people move through life like a song, leaving an everlasting imprint—etched in laughter, the effortlessness of purpose, and the formation of experience that is impossible to forget. Some people are a constant source of motion—ideas, laughter, and words that loop and linger long after they’ve been spoken. Dan Suarez embodies this sentiment.
Dan was my first employee, but more than that, he was an endless collaborative source of inspiration to me in our nearly inseparable and tireless early days together (February 2011 - September 2013). Through long days and late nights, he filled the brewery and my life with a tune all his own. Every day, a new fixation, a new phrase, a new reason to laugh. Words that I would affix (and still adorn) some of our coveted beers: Convivial and Soigné. My endearing nickname for Dan was “Pub-Style.” And so, we brew together again—not just a beer, but a reflection of those early days and of the energy that shaped us.
We offer this Blonde Ale—simple, classic, yet brimming with intention. A toast to laughter and to the beautiful obsessions that make life worth living. A reminder that the best friendships, like the best songs, never really leave you.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a light hazy yellow color with a creamy white head. Aroma was big citrus notes, really nice lemon, tropical fruit, peaches. Flavor was slightly bitter, some coriander, tropical fruit. Some light grass. This was really nicely made.

Can (3/25/25) from trade with ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Lightly hazy, pale yellow with tons of sparkle, a bunch of large, dark floaties, thin head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, industrial citrus, orchard fruit, lightly floral. Taste is sweet malt, wheat, gentle sweet/tart citrus, orchard fruits. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and dry, crisp finish as taste. Well made with more of interest than usual for the style.

Can from Vermont. It pours hazy yellow - blonde with a fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, succulent, orchard fruits, crunchy pear, quince, apricot jam, floral accents, biscuit and bread. The is crisp, dry, snappy, restrained bitterness which lingers throughout, fragrant, floral, orchard fruits, citrus rind, some minerality, touch of grass, summer meadow vibes, biscuit and subtle peppery spice with a some dryness/bitterness on the back end. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Super rounded and effortlessly drinkable.

16 oz can in a trade with Clarkvv. Aroma is bright grapefruit and lemon peel. And the body has soft grain and mild minerals. Flavor reflects the aroma with bright citrus. Long lingering lemon after the sip. Pretty amazing given the style!

Can drunk 4/7/25 and draught at Armsby on 4/12/25.
Clear, bright golden-blonde. Dense, almost creamy, white head.
Lovely, bright, mildly citrusy dry hop with a bit of wood and earth. Heavy mineral/house water character with light biscuit, light honey and light cracker from the malt. Clean and aromatic.
Light-bodied with a bit of grainy chew to the body. Ample malt with high attenuation. Lower bitterness but still a pleasing hoppiness of citrus and other round, yellow fruits. Clean with plentiful mineral and good intensity of flavor.
