Keg at Six Degrees North Edinburgh. It pours clear yellow - green with no head. The aroma is earthy, musty, funky, oak, vanilla, green apple, pear, melon and white grape. The taste is dry, bitter, tart vinous, white grape skin, tart apple, good mouth - pucker, gooseberry, tannin, wood, oak and a touch of acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Really good fun. Interesting and quaffable.
