A ruby red coloured ale with a rich caramel malt flavour and a burst of West Coast hops. Using only late hop additions and dry-hopping, the bitterness is restrained while the hop flavour and aroma are pronounced.

Very red juice-ish body with barely any head. Soft aroma of sour citrus, grapefruit, raspberry juice. Flavour is plenty of citrus sweetness and fruit juice with just a hint of hops. Rather odd flavour profile and appearance, and not something I’d want to try again.

Draft - Grapefruit hops and toasted malts. Clear amber with a thin white head. Hop forward red with resin and pine. Mild malt sweetness in the background. Nice but plain hoppy red. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Got this 6-pack "Un-paralleled Mixed Pack" at the LCBO with 3 different beers. Pours a real deep amber colour with a frothy light beige head that has great retention and foamy lace. For an amber ale, this has got quite the hoppy nose. Feels like an IPA with some grapefruits citrusy aromas and very light fruity malts. The taste is where it feels like an amber ale with mild roasted malts, caramel, nuts and coffee notes. Not as bitter, but a slight dryness from the hop comes out in the mouthfeel. The pines resin does appear after a while. So, badly printed label, but a decent amber ale a-la-IPA. Interesting hybrid.

Dark amber color with creamy head. Light aroma of caramel and very light earthy touch (manure). Nice caramel flavor, quite lean mouthfeel, with correct bitterness.
Easy, flawless, not bad.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy with caramel malts, and dry citrus hops - fairly standard for an amber. Flavour is well-balanced between dry caramel malts and dry citrus hops. Surprisingly flavourful for the style, though fairly standard. Decent stuff.
