We fermented this Double IPA with 4889th generation JW Lees yeast for its bold and tropical fruit flavours. The 25g/L dry hop charge features new season Citra BBC backed up by Mosaic. 8.5% ABV

Can at home in Hackney. Pours murky orange-gold with a slim, foamy white head. Meaty hops in the nose, lots of tropical fruits, melon, papaya, pale bread. Medium sweet flavour, plenty of papaya, mango, orange, modest rindy bitterness. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, further bready pale malts, a little pine, pulpy orange, further juicy mango and papaya, tangerine rind. Sturdy gear.

[5/8/18] Draught at Fermentoren in Copenhagen. Muddy mango juice color. Fruity hops, oniony, "green", a bit sweetish, "green" bitterness, a bit astringent, medium-bodied. Pretty nice.

Can at home, thanks to Wingman Dave for this one. A A clouded m,ilky golden coloured pour with a fading off white head. Aroma is lovely sweet sticky tropical fruit, glazed peach, mango juice, mellow dank, orange juice. Flavour is composed of solid semi sweet base malts, slick oats, nice juicy tropical, sweet mango and peach, white grape, dank spicy hop. Nice rounded juicy hop, Palate is rounded, stick , slick oats, moderate carbonation, oily, spicy finish.

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy orange golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, big citrus fruit, dry hop. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a crisp fresh, malt, super dry nettle, citrus hop bitter palae. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cloudy ochre with a small, frothy, off-white head. Intense & fresh aroma of citrus, lemon zest, grapefruit, freshly cut grass, mango, dough & white bread, garden herbs, passionfruit. It tastes light citric sour, a bit dank, herbal & cheesy, and medium to heavy hoppy bitter with a fresh fruity back. Dry, peppery hop finish, notes of straw & ripe fruit, small dash of alcohol. Medium body, slick ('fluffy') texture, fizzy carbonation. Extremely likeable!
