Tap at Oliver Twist. Hazy neon red to purple, low pinkish head. Almond, cherry pit, medium light dry, slightly flat base, simple fruit, light flowers, a bir bubblegum.

Tap at Oliver Twist. Clear red amber. Tart, funky, fruity, resin. Front heavy, a bit thin, falls flat. Not undrinkable.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas - Olambic Games, pours a cloudy dark red with a small off-white head. Aroma has plenty of bourbon and dark pithy cherries, soft leathery funk, and some light earthines. Flavour is very rounded, revealing huge bourbon barrels and dark cherries, with some soft leather funk. That’s a lot of bourbon and cherries. Unusual but excellent.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas for the Olambic Games. Pours hazy ruby with a minimal head. Red cherries and gentle bourbon on the nose. Flavour has sweet red cherries, gentle acidity; not much bourbon here. I like how this one comes together.

(Keg at Juova, 20250328) The beer poured deep red and clear. Its head was medium sized and pink. Aroma had cherries, tartness, wood and lightly vanilla. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were cherries, wood, vanilla, tartness and light bitterness. Aftertaste had wood, lightly tartness and low bitterness. A tasty blend of vanilla and tart notes.
