440ml can from Left Field Beer, Solihull and shared in KL. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, grassy, dank hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, smooth, grassy, dank, light resin, dry, chalky, mineral, stone fruit,, light hop burn, big hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light smooth pale malts, modestly sweet and keeping out the way of the stellar hops. Bright crisp lemony citrus backed by some fab Nelson, white wine and gooseberry tartness. Crisp pine. Modest mosaic candy fruits on the back end along with a pinch of hop spice. Wonderfully bright and fruity.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a white head. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pineapple, peanut shell and tangerine. Flavour of lemon sponge, fresh apricot and tangy orange. Medium to full body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is an intense and heavily hopped IPA - a fruit bomb.

Keg draught at the Tupenny, Swindon. Light yellow gold, hazy with a ring of white head. Aroma is dominated by that sweaty, meaty apricotty smell of Simcoe at its best. Tastes sweet with a gentle bitter edge and some hitterness in the finish. Stone fruit, foraged berry, vanilla wafer-y malt. Blackberry notes dominate the aftertaste. Light to medium body and carbonation. Just comes together so well.
