Hoppy enough to bounce you off planets. Well rounded bitterness subtle enough for a low orbit around your palate, but strong enough for a real satisfying drinking trajectory.
This unique beer is special due to very, very heavy late hopping in copper and extra special hops post fermentation. We’ve achieved the biggest hop burst of aroma ever. Massive. Galactic in fact.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle brought in Morrison's, East Kilbride Christmas 2017. Expiry 07-03-2019. Sad to see the brewery has shut, as this really is a enjoyable pale ale. Different bottle of beer in my home No. 1934

Thin off whitehead stayed on a translucent light lemon coloured body. Zesty aroma with Tropical fruits. Medium bodied, soft on the palate, low carbonation and tingly crisp back. Bitter/sweet citrus, hops, grapefruit, hints of malt & bitter finish

From a 33 cl bottle it is a clear very pale golden color with a thin head. The aroma faint malty and the taste is bitter with no distinguishable flavor just a lingering bitterness

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured a hazy straw colour with a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is yeast, grapefruit citrus, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sour with a crisp, slightly soapy, dry, fresh, tart grapefruit citrus hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

A very enjoyable IPA in the bitter British style. A surprisingly light colour, but a strong flavour of bitter hops provided the backbone and a fantastic thirst quenching sensation. This was backed up by a long, and quite subtle level of malt that gave a great mouth feel. There was real breadth and depth to the flavour and palate and I thought that this was fantastic. I followed it up with a Punk IPA and it wasn’t a patch on this as it just didn’t have that depth of flavour.

330ml bottle from Morrisons. Pours a misty gold, small white head. Aroma of pale malts, citrus hop. Taste is predominantly quite malty, with distant citric echoes. Not Hardknott’s finest moment, but a pleasant evening beer all the same.

Cask @ Sparrow Bier Cafe, Bradford. Golden with a small head. Sugary, but its hops dominate its character with a hint of toffee.
