Bodney Towers bottle share. Thanks to Mr Tips. Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, smooth and fairly dry. Modest fine carbonation. Soft dry malts, sweetish. Light spice. Crispy tangy fruits. Dry finish leaves a spicy linger. Interesting but dry.

Bottle at LKS - thanks to Adrian. It pours clear yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, pear drops, candied apple, marshmallow, refreshers and bread. The taste is dry, soft, sweet, sugary, candied fruits, icing sugar, toasty grain, earth, straw, damp hay and a touch of alcohol with a soft finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well rounded. Decent saison.

Bottl shared in Hackney - thanks to Tipple. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, white head. Yeasty aroma, white grape, melon, doughy wheat bread. Light to medium sweet flavour with more saison yeast expression, jammy white grape, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, with further white grape, Belgian yeast, vanilla frosting. Very nice.

[11/15] Bottle. Just hazy straw with a large white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of hay, mildly funky and slightly banana-y dough, cloves, coriander., white pepper. Sweet with hay, some orange and apricot too. quite spicy - lots of pepper - but not much bitterness at the fairly dry finish. Just a little sweet for me but everything about this is sound. [3.6] [2/17] Just a little drier or more bitter at the end would have been good for me. More than solid.
