For the UK leg of our 2025 Hop City collaboration tour, we worked with our pals at Rivington to brew a bold DDH IPA featuring Indie Hops Luminosa, Strata, Strata CGX and Lorien. This IPA is bursting with peach, passion fruit and strawberry notes, with a dank bite and zesty undercurrent.

Can. A bit greenish, else a nice tropical, orange marmalade hop profile. Gentle bitterness, gentle maltiness. Overall,a nice brew that slides down easily. 747414 250819

Can. Very hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Soft pale malts, a forward creamy sweetness, a little too much for me. The unusual hop trio deliver the goods. Soft pine, stone fruits, touch of berry fruits, candy fruits, lime tinted citrus coming to the fore on the back end. A light finish reveals a very modest hop spice. Beautifully hopped IPA, just wish the malt base wasn't quite as sweet. Still a delight!

Deadication beer to Prince Philip, died on this day back in 2001. Four Hop City brewing years on from that day this one in the event is hazy golden with a glow. Tropical fruit nose, mild sugars in taste.
