1 US pint bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Gathering 2025. Another big hitter. 25 months aged on blueberries and vanilla, definitely a blueberry muffin flavour profile emerging.. fluffy even.. complimenting the big bourbon presence.. thankfully not much coffee, though bears a moderate bitterness. Ace.

Bottle at BBGG. Almost black, no head. Massive bourbon, blackberries, vanilla, blueberries, dry oak, boost. Sugary sweet, medium bitter and light sour. Full bodied

Bouteille 50cl à Belgian Summer Beer Gathering, merci Bart.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of complex coffee, big bourbon barrels, booze, a touch of blueberry, and some vanilla. Flavour has a nice fluffy blueberry muffin character, with gentle vanilla, booze, and a touch of coffee. Weird adjunct combo that works surprisingly well. Very good.

Dark brown. Soft malt. The aroma has a fair amount of blueberry, vanilla, some good chocolate, and a fair bit of bourbon. Not necessarily refined, but it is complex, with all those elements coming together. The blueberry is big on the palate, with some coffee. Again, lots of stuff coming together, in a fairly sweet package. The blueberry tartness in the finish, for me, lends a great bit of complexity and character, and elevates the beer.

Poured from 1 pint .9 fl oz bottle. Very dark brown with almost no beige head. Nutty charred barrel with blueberry and vanilla, very feint coffee underlay. Decent.
