We’ve always believed the best way to respect tradition is to brew the unexpected. So when we set out to create a sessionable lager befitting of the Pacific Northwest, our sense of exploration led us to this dry-hopped wonder befitting of everyday adventure. Citrusy Tettnang Mandarina hops combine with the crisp, bright character of a traditional lager to deliver a beer that is truly refreshing, and undoubtedly worth sharing.

Draft @ Yard House - Las Vegas (Town Square), Las Vegas, NV. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy finish.

355ml bottle into schooner glass. Hazy amber beer with crown of foam on top. High fine carbonation. Light aroma of lemon, earth, and malt. Surprisingly light body, hints of grapefruit and pine. Finish is dank and earthy. Nice, well made but perhaps too much going on to be truly refreshing.

2nd beer of the day, 31st Dec 2017; poured into a La Chouffe stemmed tulip glass at my daughters in California. Clear and clean golden body, snow white head that tried to hang around for a while. Light citrus esters play with the malty aroma and the same happens in the taste, there is a malty lead tempered with a mild citrus leaning which leaves a little bitterness in the finish. An easy drinking Lager, both refreshing and thirst quenching.

Bottle: Clear gold with a tall white head. Grain, mild lemon/orange aroma. Taste is light.....grain malt, citrus....a tingle of zest. Really easy drinking and full flavoured. Very enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a bright golden color with a persistent finger of creamy white head. The aroma is minimal; a soft and grassy sweet lager malt smell. Light lager malty sweetness and light grass, faint citrus. Finishes clean and crisp.

Bottle/Fest. A- Lemon, straw, grains. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Lemon, straw, wheat. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- Okay. One of my more favorites in the IPL style. Not a whole lot to say.

355ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Grainy aroma with bready malt, straw and lemon. Sweet flavour of lemon, grain, orange rind, straw and pale malt in the background with a crisp, dry, mildly bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Ok.
