Питко но прикольно, перчик действительно есть, но не сильно горячо во рту от этого, что радует, кислинка средняя, немного лимона.

Tap at Billies. Clear golden. Deep funk, oak, soft peppery notes, earthy. Flat. Nice!

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, Pfeffer ist nicht erkennbar, herb, untypisch. Naja. 9/8/9/9//9
On tap at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. A solid lambic base, funky, fruity, with a pleasant addition of pepper aroma and flavor. Certainly a good idea to add peppers to the beer. Refreshing and quite tasteful. 747414 251107

Pours clear, slightly darker amberblonde. Scent is very intense on the Pink Pepper. Earthy, herbal/spicy , and very typically-aromatic. Lambic funk is really burried, doesn't really rise to the surface. Taste is very intense on the pink pepper again. A bit to much for me, actually. Very similar as the aroma, it turns a bit earthy, spicy, and typical. Lambic funk is mild, but more recognizable here. The addition is just a bit to strong for the mellow OB character.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Clear golden white head. Funky fruity aroma, actually some pepper. Funky sour and sweet flavour, again some mild pepper.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of some peppercorns, light leather, and some earthiness. Flavour is full of leather, big peppercorns, and musty earthiness. Dry and musty, lightly spicy finish. Good stuff.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours murky gold. Old wood, some must, and a slightly saline character on the nose. Flavour has salt, leather, old wood, mildew. Great.
Smooth and slightly tart with hints of spices. Easy going.
