473ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 23. Cheers Mark for this. Misty gold appearance, large white head. Lovely chardonnay influence working well with the tripel sweetness.. good balance, nice drinkability. Could have a richer depth but overall very enjoyable.

17th April 2023; Shrewsbury Beer Exchange in Chez Sophie, five guys drinking and chatting with plenty of snacks. Cheers Mark for the 473ml can of this. Clear golden body, lasting white head. Nice blend of Belgian Triple style beer and Chardonnay Wine flavours, you don't notice the alcohol either!

It is exactly as described. But it is not a belguan pale, except in some fuzzy version of base beer. It is however quite sour and lovely drinkable. Top notch beer, light bodied but super complex and flavourful. Bierkonig ams

Heretic Worry 10.6% Chardonnay BA Belgian Golden Ale Clean gold with fizzy off-white foam and a big rich Belgian stone fruit (peaches/apricot) aroma that had me thinking Tripel. It’s Gota full body like a Tripel but a sharper carbonation and dryer finish. Boozy heat, rich fruits, some oak and spice. Really nice but I could’ve easily kept it longer, this has real aging potential.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (30/03/2017) - pours hazy gold with a white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, sugar, caramel, some dried fruits, yeasty, some spices, white wine soaked wooden accents in the finish.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of peaches, wood, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, peaches, brettanomyces, and a bit of wood, leading to a dry finish.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phloen Chit, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is apple, orange citrus fruit, yeast, oaky butter Chardonnay, some light alcohol notes. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a rich, creamy, slightly oily, fruity, vinous, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Pretty awesome and a whole lot better than I was expecting.

On tap at prefunk boise. Pours out a golden topped with a small head. Nose is wine barrel notes light vinegar tartness and some grape. Taste is more of the wine barrel notes oak and tartness.

Nice clear, white foam, not much. Sweetish caramel in the nose, barleywine-ish. Taste is sweet, alcohol there, warming, and leaves some hop tingle in the finish.
