Cask at Post Office Vaults, Brum. Malty, grainy aroma. Clear gold. Foamy white head.. medium bitter. Sour edge. Bitter citrus. Followed by weak cardboard hops. Spice. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Cask at the Post Office Vaults, Birmingham 04/06/2022. Pours clear golden with a white cap. Aroma: pale malts, light caramel, light grassy. Taste: light sweet & bitter, grains, light citrus. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. OK.

Cask: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is light fruity and grain. Taste comes in subtle bitter hops, fruity and huge grain backbone.

Half-pint by cask at Post Office Vaults. Shared with Finn. Clear warm golden body, filmy layer, dotted spots. Moderate herbal hops on the nose, hints of grainy malts. Malt-fruity flavours, hints of caramel and dusty hops. Oily hop bitterness to the ending. Satisfying. (Birmingham 04.02.2020).

Sunday 26th Aug 2018; Post Office Vaults, Birmingham, cask. Was a little disappointed with this to be honest. Golden pour, white crown. The sweet malty base gave way to a dry and hoppy finish and there was very little aroma throughout.
