For Diamond Dust we are heading to the classics! A delightful balance of Mosaic, Chinook and Centennial give a melody of citrus fruits, sweet red berries and a resinous, piney bitterness. The hops are layered upon a balance of malt with notes of cereal and a hint of sweetness. Enjoy this bright and crisp West Coast IPA.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small but tidy off white head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, smooth, sweet enough, no real creamy sweetness which I believe is correct for a West Coaster. Hops bring cooling pine and a reasonably juicy citrus, the brightness of which is offset by the trad West Coast citric peel. Light and fairly smooth finish. A clean tasting and very quaffable brew without ever threatening to be a wow beer.
