Pillowy light tan head on a dark brown body. Nose is rich, with dark chocolate, roasted coffee, cherries and wood. The bourbon is there, but nicely integrated. The roasted coffee grows through the drink. Dark chocolate, molasses, dark fruit and a touch of chocolate fudge. A nice clean finish, which was unexpected.

Draught@CBC2016. Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, some wood, liquorice, alcohol and some dried fruits. Flavour is sweet malts, coffee, some roasted notes, a bit liquorice and alcohol with some figgy/plummy tones as well.

Black body with tan head. Coffee, chocolate and caramel aroma. Chocolate, malt and caramel taste, very full. Long roasty finish.

(Bottle) Black colour with lasting, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of fresh coffee, dark chocolate, black rye bread, vanilla, bourbon and hints of red berries and tamarind. Malty, roasted taste with dark chocolate, vanilla, milky coffee, black rye bread, dates and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Mainly coffee in the nose, with more chocolate coming through in the mouth. Smooth, complex and quite rich in taste. Very nice.

Pours a black colour and a beige head with good lacing. Aroma's: big coffee, roast. Retronasal it's coffee, sourish, sweetish, roast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light coffee-sour. Medium bodied. Finishes roasty, moderate biter.

Bottle shared by Rasmus. Thanks buddy :) Pours pitch black with a medium brown head. Aromas of lots of sweet coffee, chocolate, dark fruits, malt, vanilla. Taste is chocolate, roasty, bitter, vanilla, dark fruits, toasty honey wheat cereal.

Bottle. Nice. Aroma is roasty but coffee is quite subtle, tobacco, rich and chocolatey, just hint of booze. Taste is very nice. Smooth, bit of coffee, very rounded, light bitterness, bit of bourbon at the finish, roasty, caramel sweetness, black treacle, little smoke.

Black with a tan head. Chocolate, roasted malt, diet, molasses, caramel, and dark brown sugar. Medium bodied. Finish is sweet and chocolatey. A solid stout.
