[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Green session. Cloudy yellow. Aroma is fruity, spicy, grainy. Slightly tart flavor, fruity, grainy, a bit spicy, bitterish.

Tap @CBC16. Hazy orange, small white head. arma has orange and light funk. Juicy orange flavour, very malty. Sweet and simple.

Tap at CBC ’16. Very hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of fruits, caramel, light veggies and rice showing up. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

CBC2016. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch süß malzig, leicht hopfig fruchtig. Geschmack mild hopfig bitter, grasig, trocken.

A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and funk. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is light herbal. Mild fruity. Light grainy. Slight fruity. Sweet, fruity, toasted and light grainy. Sweet and toasted finish.

Draught at Alibi Room; listed at 7.5% ABV
Murky orange golden color with no head. Delicate fruity aroma, and some grains (7-). The mouthfeel is lean, but also viscous and oily, probably because of the rice; low carbonation; the flavor is underimpressive, I strangely get a feeling of sake; the plums add a nice juicy touch to an underperforming beer.
Not bad, but controversial.

Bottle/Fest. A- Peach, citrus, plum. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Wheat, rice, bland. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, boring finish. O- Tried it more for the novelty than anything. Tasted like a pale lager with a bit of stone fruit thrown in. Could’ve been worse, but also could’ve been a lot better.

Draft. Hazy to cloudy reddish amber color, pink head. Aroma of cherry and plum. Taste is lager like with light fruit.
