Bottle from crafty bottle, Lincoln. The refuse brown colour with an off elite head. Aroma cherry grapefruit and sweet. Taste sweet, acidic and sour. Carbonated medium body. Alcohol isn’t present.

Patricks 310316. Red brown colour wih a pinkish head. Aroma is cherry stone, cherris. Flavour is yeast, almond, cherries, fruit. Very nice beer. I enjoy every zip.

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - dark red to brown with beige covering. Aroma and taste is high cherry prominence, medium sour, cherrystone, light spice, medium acidic into the close.

Draft sample @ Haand fest ’16, Drammen. Shared with the Norwegian tasting crew, not sure if the fest had the unsweetened version, not indicated on their fest website. Acajou, col fin beige. Arôme au nez prononcé de cerise, avec un rétro assez acidulé de boisé et de foeder, le tout est plaisant tombant plus sur un côté vieille brune. Palais est fruité, cerise, agressif, foeder, boisé, cerise noire griotte donnant pas mal de tanins et de notes aigrelette. Râpeux, grinçant aux dents avec un malté virant sur le caramel.

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Green session. Brown. Vinegar, cellar, cobwebs, cherries, sour, refreshing. Really good.

Draught on CBC 2016, Green session. Hazy dark brown with a reddish shade. A bubbly ring to the rim of the surface. Dry and tart nose with hints of berries. Relatively tart taste profile of red berries and citrus sustained by brett towards the ending. Fine bodied. Refreshing and nice (Øksnehallen, Copenhagen 14.05.2016).

Tap at CBC ’16. Dull purple with a small light pink head. Aroma of tart cherry, candied cherries, light funk and citrus notes. Flavour is light sweet and moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at CBC 2016 Green session, poured a hazy reddish brown with a round bubbly off white head. The aroma is red berry citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate sour with an acid citrus light biscuit palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

CBC. Cloudy dark red with a lasting white head. Aroma of cherry with funk and an earthy note. Dry and very tart flavour with light cherry notes.
