Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 07/03/2026.
Black topped with a tan head that soon dissipates.
Nose is chocolate, bourbon barrel, spice, dark malts, toffee.
Taste comprises chocolate, brown sugar melt, flicker of coffee, toffee fudge, barrel tones, touch of coconut.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid BA impy.

4th February 2026
A near opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived bubbly dark tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Good creamy rich dark chocolate malts base, good dark malt cream. Decent milk chocolate where the nicely judged vanilla intersects. The multi barrelling adds glorious big boozy richness. Bourbon and whiskey obvious, pretty decent fruity rum. Marsala adding ripe liqueur wine ripe grape and what not. The back end is airy but viscous. Boozy spice linger. Good stuff, seems like an everything but the kitchen sink approach. I like that approach.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Blue Session. Oily black, tan head. Rich dark malty, barrelly aroma. Boozy buzz, heavy dark malty flavour, sweet with solid biterness, vamilla and lasting boozy warmth.

Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some coconut, mild coffee, cocoa, chocolate syrup, vanilla and some alcohol sweetness too. Flavour is a blend of the same, quite a pleasant , but sweet brew. Good sipper.

On tap at BPBW 2025. Friday early session. Pitch black coloured, medium sized brown head, coconut and light coffee in the nose. Coconut, coffee, vanilla and dark chocolate with notes of alcohol and discreet bourbon finish. Well done.

Tap at BPBW 2025, day 1. Very dark brown body, off-whtie head. Huge aroma, coffee, chocolate, lovely barrel notes, carob, vamilla. The taste shows a ton of chocolate and vanilla again, with some carob. Another winner from these guys!

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out coconut, cocoa, medium roast, and some woody barrels. Flavour is rich, with lots of coconut, cocoa nibs, and some bourbon. Rich coconut and cocoa but not particularly complex. Decent.

MBCC 2025. Session #2
Sweet, coconut, chcocolate, a bit grassy. Heavy, in the grass and chcocolate side. Ok.
