On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of maple syrup, medium roast, and rich bourbon. Flavour is rich and complex, with deep bourbon, dark sugars, caramel, and a bit of maple syrup. Lovely barrel character, leaving lots of maple bourbon and vanilla. Excellent.

Pours viscous black with no head. Aroma: bourbon barrels, vanilla, spiced malts and burnt caramel. Taste: burnt caramel, figs and spiced malts. Plenty of bourbon barrels.
