Bottle at CBJ Tasting. Aroma is full on chocolate eith burnt marshmallow and coconut. Dark brown. No head. Flavourwise it big and sweet with a bitter element. Booze marshmallow and coconut. Thick. Oily. Super soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Yo.

That’s good stuff. Rich but nicely balanced. Hearty dark malts, marshmallows, fudge, chocolate crème. Nicely rounded. Warming and a little sticky. Great.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to Wingman. Oily looking dark brown beer, very short lived and short tan head. Fairly light palate all things considered, decent fine carbonation. Chocolate ice cream, marshmallow, spice, bourbon fruits and a little oak induced vanilla. Alcohol spicy finish. Rather nice.

Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration, 2025. Early Friday. Pours black with a bubbly head. Vanilla and roast. Slight spice. Big body. Smooth and soft. Long roasted finish. Lovely. 4.4

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of maple syrup, medium roast, and rich bourbon. Flavour is rich and complex, with deep bourbon, dark sugars, caramel, and a bit of maple syrup. Lovely barrel character, leaving lots of maple bourbon and vanilla. Excellent.
