Another old favourite from the brewery archives, a golden ale that rocks it with a blend of hops from three continents that gives this ale the zing of fresh citrus fruits. July special.

Cask @ Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Yellow-blonde with a small head. Has a high citrus bitterness, with a hoppy character, and dry tasting.

Cask at the Walsall Beer Festival 2013. Poured a crystal clear light yellow colour with a thin glass hugging white head. The aroma is of stale malt leading to a medium bitter, malty flavour. To be honest, it was not that impressive and tasted more like a malted Black Label. A bit of a disappointment really.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Gold, thin off white head. Light citrus hop on aroma. OK in mouth with touch of biscuit on the pale malts. Good condition. Decent bite on the finish. OK golden ale.
