Making our pizza, yesterday night, a good option to be relax with this good ipa, dry, mineral, smooth, carbonated, good bitterness, floral and aromatic hop, citrus, grapefruit, a bit short and light at the final, happy to find some Japanese beers in CH, 31.12.23, buying it at the ex mugi Bussigny.

350ml can, drank on Christmas Eve 2022 while in Laguna Hills. Bonito Flakes? Had to google what they were! Clear pale golden body, weak white head. Dry and fairly hop bitter, strange aroma and taste; all a bit too 'Japanese' for my liking.

Smell- weak malt, hops, some off smell to it, what does not give it a bonus or disadvantage.. guess I am indifirrent. Foam-hops, malt, weird notes... bitterness. Head is small, white color. Appearance - somewhat nice can Medium carbonation, cloudy yellow color. From - snifter Taste - hops, bitterness, fishy notes, I want to say salty but its not. I have no idea what is umani or the thing that was added to this. It does not improve nor ruin this. Nothing special.

Odd, not Mamma Mia Pizza Beer levels of odd, but up there. Starts out as a fairly light, easygoing IPA, grassy and crisp, almost table beer-ish in its refreshing gentleness, but with a subtle smoky, salty undertone clinging to the palate. Finishes dry and slightly bitter, but the salinity and smoke stay, while a modest but discernible fishiness creeps into the fade. Not unpleasant, but also not something to which I want to devote an entire pint. Worth trying for the novelty, hard to put back more than a taster.

33cl can from Biiru.ee Pours clear, pale golden with a tiny, white head. Fruity aroma with ligh citrusy notes and no fishy stuff. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and a pleasant bitterness. Quite enjoyable.

Can. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has notes of grass and dank citrus with some earthy grains and a hint of umami. Flavor combines earthy grains and grass with some straw and citrus underlying.
