On tap at the Waterloo Tap at 3.2% ABV. A pale amber colour with a tight white head and heavy carbonation; light citrus aroma; clean lemon citrus taste with a floury body; and a tart apple finish. Clean and crisp, but much too fizzy for me.

Keg at the bottle shop druid Street. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is tangy sharp citrus lemon and white grape with floral and pollen notes, saison yeast, fresh. Flavour is composed of dry crisp grains, tangy pithy citrus lemon, mellow clean saison yeast character,. Palate is crisp, frothy, highish carbonation, little thin. Lovely.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from le breweris. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Some herbal notes in the aroma, a bit of biscuit, lemon peel, maybe lavender. Lightly sweet flavour with nips of sourdough bread, faint vanilla, more biscuit, straw, lemony accents. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean on the finish, with hints of pine, light flinty notes, some citrus rind, biscuits. Tasty and really drinkable.

Bottle at home, 03/07/16. Hazed orange with a decent egg shell white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is tangerine, mango, hop tunes, citric tinged straw, apple peel, sharp melon fuzz. Taste comprises tangy citric notes, papaya, melon, straw, light floral notes, peach. Medium bodied, fine carbnation, semi drying close with a smattering of hop bitternress, Nice hopped up saison, the centennial shines through.

Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts. Candy fruits and a touch of sherbet. Tangerine and a trace of lemon. Light finish. Interesting and tasty.
