Sampled from tap at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity aroma of lemon, some passion fruit, some grains and hints of butter. Sweetish, slightly bitter, fruity taste of caramel, some honey, lemon, grains, some passion fruit and hints of butter, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter and a little grassy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Brewdog Shepherd Bush. Keg. Lightly hazy yellow - gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and has a good fine minerally crispness. Thin malts, a mild sweetness. Mellow yellow grapefruit bitterness, touch of orange. Modest savoury brett. Light dry bitterish seltzer finish. Never really takes off.

Keg at BDSB - London. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose has some lemon peel, minerals, dried hay. Light sweet flavorbwith a little woody dryness, more lemon peel, flinty minerals, grain husk. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Drying finish, woody, with more minerals, husky pale grains, rindy citrus. So so.
