From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Funky and dry with a nicely complex Bretty aroma, tart fruits including some pear but fortunately not too much because I don't really like pear. Canned fruits, wood. Sour and mild bitter, medium body, wow very good.

On tap @Mikkeller Warsaw. Cloudy and bright amber/orange pour with a nice and persistent lacing. Nose: funky, fruity, ripped pears, so much fruit in it. Mouth: the aging (2016, 3 years old) worked fine, moderated sourness, frizzy, high carbo, residual fruit, lacks body and the finish is mild peppery. I expected more but cmon, 3 years.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 8 Feb 2019) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, grapefruit, cellar, and unripe pears. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, unripe green grapes, cellar, pears and a dry and tart finish. More than medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty, with a certain lambic character and fresh pears. Very nice.
