Wild ale fermented in oak then dry-hopped with fresh Mosaic, Citra and Nelson. Hits of intensely dank grapefruit, citrus, mango, and pineapple. The hop aroma is elevated by our house yeast culture and restrained acidity.

Bottle via the online shop. Murked up glowing gold. Not too much of a head. Nose is super intense. Smells like a bag of hops. Taste is similarly hoppy with high hoppy leafy bitterness. Slick overall with low carbonation. Probably needs a couple of weeks to liven up. Hoppy bitter finish. You get what’s promised here.
