Wild ale fermented in oak then dry-hopped with fresh Mosaic, Citra and Nelson. Hits of intensely dank grapefruit, citrus, mango, and pineapple. The hop aroma is elevated by our house yeast culture and restrained acidity.

Bottle bought from the brewery, shared at CBJ Tasting. Aroma is dank and fruity with a sour edde. Flavourwise it's sour and fruity. Light to medium. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Really good stuff. Bright hop and funk character. Melon, mango, dank, tangerine. Mild bitterness. Low sweetness. Clean and fairly dry to finish.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to Mark. A mild haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head, doesn't last. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Airy pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Decent funk, slightly savoury. Modest pine and hop fruits. Airy semi dry finish. Tidy for what it is.

Bottle via the online shop. Murked up glowing gold. Not too much of a head. Nose is super intense. Smells like a bag of hops. Taste is similarly hoppy with high hoppy leafy bitterness. Slick overall with low carbonation. Probably needs a couple of weeks to liven up. Hoppy bitter finish. You get whatโs promised here.
