Bottle 50 xl. Extremely fizzy pour! Hazy golden with a solid and frothy, white head. Witbier nose, coriander? and yeast. Medium body, suspected fizzy mouthfeel, but still you get distinct and lightly sweet Witbeer accents. Not sure about the elderflower though, cannot really pick them up. But if you can settle with the heavy carbonation, then the beer is quite enjoyable and drinkable. 240521

Bottle @ Aarø Bryg, Aarø. Pours hazy straw with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and ueast, with notes of banana and touches of grain. Sweetish flavour of yeast, with notes of banana and malt and some bitter notes of hops. Estery and malty aftertaste. Quite estery, even for my taste. Drinkable but nothing really special.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Hazy pale yellow color, medium to full sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly herbal, grassy, quite bitter in the finish, more bitter than I had expected. Don’t get any "hyldeblomst" (elderfower?) in there. Decent body, medium carbonation.
