Cloudy copper with a foamy head. Roasted malt, caramel, toffee, rubber, resin, lemon zest, hints of coffee, lemon zest. Hoppy zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy zesty malty bittersweet finish. A very tasty and balanced Rotbier!

Cloudy orange with a firm off-white head. Big notes of sweet toasted malts, caramel, grain, earth and some toffee. Full bodied. A chewy, malt driven brew somewhere less rich than a dunkel but on the way.
