Mit der Permon-Permon-Brauerei verbinde ich einige gute Erinnerungen, darum freue ich mich das ich dieses Bier 🍺 in einer Craftbierbar in Bratislava sehe.
Es ist ein klassisches Sauerbier, dass mit allerlei Früchten 🍍🥭🍋🟩 verfeinert wurde, was ganz gut gelungen ist. So ist es zwar recht sauer, aber bleibt doch gut trinkbar ohne zu übertreiben.
Sicher nix für klassische Biertrinker, aber als Special echt fein.

Murky yellow. Aroma is passion fruit, guava, no mango, light toast. Taste is fresh sour juice with little hop bitterness. Lively and fresh on the tongue. Nice.

Tap at T-anker. Hazy orangeish golden pour, quickly dissipating white head. Nose is mango, passion fruit and some rotyi notes that I can’t really put my hand on. Taste is lightly sweet fruity and somewhat tart, showing notes of mango and passion fruit again and even guava might be there If I will. Then there’s that off flavourish touch again that I just cant identify, but anyways it certainly didnt help. Light bodied with soft to average carbonation, pretty easy to drink.

Can from HOTM. Cloudy pale yellow with a middling prickly fizz. Guava and passion fruit to the fore with some lemon juice. No sign of the mango. Mild sourness and dryness, with a hint of bitterness at the end. Gets rather watery. Just ok, but at least it's a new region.

500 ml can. Cloudy yellow with a disappearing head. Indeed, mango, maracuja and guava, lactic acid, lemon juice, some vanilla and biscuits. Dry sourness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, sry sour fruity finish. Nice fruity sour.

Can sahared at a tasting at Max's place. Murky yellow, white head. Nice tropical fruits aroma, sourish and slightly sweetish flavor, lactose note.

# 2129; 7/2020. Yeasty, fruity, mango in aroma. Yellow, hazy body; white head with low persitance. Sour, fruity, tangerine, maracuja, tropical fruits. Good fruity sour, but nothing more. 0,3 l, draught, multitap pub, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Murky pale golden with medium white head. Aroma: sour notes with mango and guava. Taste: nice combination of sour, exotic fruit and lactose creaminess. Light bodied, low carbonation, low bitterness. Refreshing and drinkable.
