Notos is a brewery and taproom located in a commercial part of Heraklion not far from the center. We are the first independent micro-brewery in the city of Heraklion, but also in eastern Crete. The inspirers of the idea are Antonis Tampakakis, George Neroladakis, Costas Verigos (head brewer) and Lambros Petsalakis who started home brewing in 2010. It took another 6 years for the process of creating the brewery to begin. We produce fresh unfiltered beer with natural carbonation.
