Description
The brewery was founded under the name of Brasserie de Bastogne in 2008 by Catherine and Philippe Minne (master brewer) and Philippe Meurisse and on January 26, 2008, the first beer - La Trouffette Blo - was launched. This beer was first brewed on commission at Brasserie Artisanale de Rulles. As of December 2008, the brewery has its own brewing installation and even more variants of La Trouffette were brewed.
In 2018 a brand new brewery was erected in Baillonville in the Namur province. This location was too far away of Bastogne so the name of the berwery was changed into Brasserie Minne. In February 2019 brewing started at the new futuristic premises.
