We are located in the Regional Natural Park of Lorraine (PNR de Lorraine), very close to the coasts of Toul. All our beers are hand crafted, brewed and bottled, in our local in Ménil-la-Tour by Mélaine Colson. These are so-called "living", unpasteurized, unfiltered beers that are left to refine in the bottle. This is why it is recommended to keep them upright, in a cool place, and out of direct sunlight. A natural yeast deposit forms at the bottom of the bottle. The latter is healthy, but for the taste and color of the beer we recommend that you avoid pouring it into your glass. So don't hesitate to keep your beer upright in the cellar a few months before consuming it, because it will improve over time!
