T: full malty base, mellow fruity, dried fruits, caramel, decent bitterness, bit honey, more on the sweet side yet nice balanced for the style, spicy, actually better than I expected, enjoyed for sure.

Taste is, medium malty base, wheat, bit coriander, bready touch, herbal touch, bit more on the sweet side, soft carbonation, not bad, enjoyed, brewery in a small village totally lost in the middle of nowhere but easy communication by e-mail.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Nov 19. Bought from the brewery in Steenvoorde. Quite a murky appearance, milky nose. Thin, lightly milky character with a light bitter tickle. Barely any coconut to speak of. Lacklustre flavours. Not great really. An experimental beer that needs quite a bit of work.
